Cancellation by Users

Before the Contest Starts:

You can cancel your contest entry anytime before it starts by following the instructions on the contest details page. If successful, the entry fee will be refunded to your Veda Cric account balance.

After the Contest Starts:

Once a contest has begun, cancellations are not permitted. The entry fee becomes non-refundable, as the results are determined based on real-time player performances.

Cancellation by Veda Cric

Insufficient Participants:

If a contest does not meet the minimum number of participants required, Veda Cric reserves the right to cancel the contest. In such cases, entry fees will be refunded to participants' account balances.

Technical Issues:

If there are server disruptions, technical problems, or unforeseen circumstances that affect the fairness of a contest, it may be canceled. Affected users will be notified, and refunds will be issued accordingly.

Rule Violations:

If a contest is canceled due to violations of our Fair Play Policy or other rules, refunds may not be issued to users involved in such violations.

Refund Policy

  • A user cancels their entry before the contest starts.

Non-Refundable Cases:

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Users disqualified due to rule violations.
  • Losses during gameplay based on player performances.
  • Refund requests made after a contest has started or ended.

Withdrawals from Account Balance

Withdrawal Requests:

You can request to withdraw your account balance at any time, subject to the platform's minimum withdrawal amount. Withdrawals will be processed to your linked payment method.

Processing Time:

Withdrawals are typically processed within 3-5 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Withdrawal Fees:

Veda Cric may charge a small processing fee for withdrawals, which will be displayed during the withdrawal process.
